Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced (Senior) Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring Enterprise accounts in the DACH region. You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and initiatives that drive demand and increase sales. You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done.
Your responsibility:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring Enterprise accounts in the DACH region
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach (happy to pick up the phone yourself), attending fairs & events, and managing inbound prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, willing to travel if needed
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Keep the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to refine business and sales processes
Successful skills required:
- 4+ years of experience as an (Enterprise) Account Executive in B2B/SaaS sales (quota carrying role)
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, closing Enterprise deals (100k+ ACVs)
- Experience in high growth/strong sales environments to hit the ground running
- Experience in complex selling and understanding buying processes of Enterprise companies
- Strong persistence to get hold of relevant accounts
- Effective communication and pitching to various personas (C-Level, Executives, HR, Finance, IT etc.)
- Enthusiastic about mental health, HR/People management, New Work and desire to sell a purposeful product
- Native or near native German language skills and fluency in English (company language)
- Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback for personal development
