We are seeking a driven and experienced (Senior) Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region. You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and initiatives that drive demand and increase sales. You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done.

Your Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach (you are happy to pick up the phone yourself), collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Take part in trade fairs and events to expand your network and represent nilo
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive doing B2B/SaaS sales (a quota carrying role)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets closing for mid-market deals (15-100k ACVs)
  • Experience in a high growth/strong sales environment to hit the ground running
  • Experience in complex selling and understanding buying processes of medium-sized companies
  • Effective communication and pitching skills to different personas (C-Level, Executives, HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm about mental health, HR/People management, New Work and a purpose-driven sales approach
  • Native or near-native German language skills and fluency in English (company language)
  • Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback for personal development
