Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced (Senior) Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region. You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and initiatives that drive demand and increase sales. You are someone who can proactively pick up the phone and generate leads if needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Participate in trade fairs and events to expand your network and represent nilo
- Keep the CRM system updated with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to improve business insights and sales processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B/SaaS sales (quota carrying role)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets for mid-market deals (15-100k ACVs)
- Experience in a high-growth/strong sales environment to quickly adapt and excel
- Understanding of complex selling and buying processes of medium-sized companies
- Effective communication and pitching to various personas (C-Level, Executives, HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for mental health, HR/People management, New Work, and commitment to purpose-driven selling
- German fluency at native or near-native level and English fluency (company language)
- Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback for personal development
