Job Responsibilities
Community and Partner Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our HR community (social media, community events, content, and digital platforms) and relevant partnerships to increase our brand presence.
Influencer & Advocacy Programs: Identify, approach, and support influencers, customer ambassadors, and relevant HR organizations.
Customer Advocacy & Word-of-Mouth: Build and manage testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content to support and amplify authentic recommendations.
Data-Driven Community Marketing: Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure and optimize the success of initiatives.
Social Listening & Engagement: Monitor relevant discussions and interact with community members on social networks.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience in partner marketing, community management, social media, and/or customer marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
Work style: Experience in dynamic environments such as consulting, startups, or fast-growing companies; self-driven, proactive with strong hands-on mentality.
Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
Data and performance orientation: Use analytics to continuously optimize community engagement and marketing efforts.
Creativity & community focus: Develop creative initiatives and content that genuinely engage the community.
Industry understanding (bonus): Knowledge of HR target groups, social media trends, and community-building strategies.
