About nilo
nilo is the mental well-being support for the entire workforce. Our platform empowers employees with 1-on-1 counseling sessions and evidence-based digital tools to proactively improve their mental well-being. We are a B2B provider - our customers' employees are the users of our platform.
Our goal is to break down barriers to mental health support and empower people to proactively work on their mental well-being through a global network of highly trained psychotherapists, counselors, and coaches - our nilo Experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree/Diploma in psychology, ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or organizational psychology
- At least three years of experience in conducting 1-on-1 counseling (minimum 800 hours experience)
- Work only with evidence-based methods
- High degree of empathy and experience helping people in difficult situations
- Availability at least 5 hours per week
- Native Dutch speaker

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct online psychological counseling sessions of 45 minutes each through our platform with clients working on their mental well-being.
- Identify clients' needs and offer individualized solutions to improve their mental well-being sustainably.
- Focus on prevention and providing clients with tools to work proactively on their mental health and well-being.
