YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a working student in the area of Patient Success & Care, you will support our team in caring for patients throughout their therapy process – especially by handling incoming inquiries via phone and email. You contribute to ensuring that patients are well informed, cared for, and guided through the therapy process if necessary – efficiently, professionally, and service-oriented. Additionally, you will gain exciting insights into an innovative digital health company that combines medicine and technology. You will have the opportunity to interact with various departments such as Product, CRM, and Medical to develop a comprehensive understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration in the health-tech sector.
Your tasks
- Active telephone contact: You call patients to provide information about therapy, clarify open questions, or support them with the next steps.
- Answering emails: You handle written inquiries about registration, app usage, or general organizational questions.
- Technical and organizational support: You assist in resolving simple technical issues and provide clear and understandable information about the therapy process.
- Documentation and forwarding: You listen carefully, document experiences and feedback from patients, and actively contribute to the further development of our services.
- Ensuring service quality: You work closely with the Patient Success team to continuously maintain high service quality and identify optimization potentials.
YOUR TOOLBOX
- You are a enrolled student, for example, in the field of health economics, economics, psychology, or a comparable course of study.
- You enjoy direct contact with people and want to actively contribute to the well-being of patients.
- You work structured and reliably – even when multiple issues are open, you keep an overview.
- Technical basic understanding helps you patiently assist patients with small IT questions and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form – English skills are a plus.
