Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the strategic development and expansion of our urology network in your region and develop targeted partnerships with specialists – from initial contact to long-term relationship management.
- You analyze the needs and communication styles of your customers and position yourself as a competent and trustworthy advisor at eye level.
- You represent Kranus Health at medical conferences and trade fairs and use these platforms to identify and open up new market potential.
- In close cooperation with marketing and events you contribute your field experience to sharpen strategies and drive market success.
- You independently manage your region, prioritize measures independently and track progress using clearly defined KPIs.
Your Toolkit
- You have a degree in health management, sports science, nutritional science or a related field – and bring at least 2–3 years of professional experience in business development, field sales or healthcare sales.
- You have proven success in building customer relationships and know how to systematically develop and maintain networks.
- You communicate confidently and persuasively – whether in conversations with specialists, at trade fairs or in internal team exchanges.
- You work in a structured way, prioritize independently and do not lose sight of the overview even in a fast-growing environment.
- You have a category B driving license and German language skills at native level; you use English confidently.
