YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a field sales representative at Kranus Health, you play a key role in expanding and maintaining our urological network. You will work locally in your region and establish personal contacts with doctors. Even if you are new to this field, we support you with comprehensive training from the start and guide you step by step so you can quickly become successful. You will be part of a dynamic team that values open exchange and good collaboration, where you will continuously develop.
In addition to an already highly demanded product, you will also help shape the success of a new product starting next year. Our attractive bonus system also gives you the opportunity to increase your income according to your commitment and success.

- You are responsible for building and maintaining your network of urologists, from new acquisition to long-term relationship management.
- You understand the needs and communication styles of your specialist doctors and remain "top of mind" for them at all times.
- You build long-term, trustworthy relationships with our urologists – loyalty is our top priority for us and our partners.
- You work closely with our marketing & event team, evaluate feedback, and represent us at renowned medical congresses and trade fairs.
- You always keep track of your contacts, optimize your weekly planning, and manage your activities based on clearly defined KPIs.
YOUR TOOLBOX
- You have worked as a medical assistant or in a comparable role and have solid experience in the medical field, ideally in urology.
- You are communicative, able to speak on equal terms with medical professionals, and capable of building long-term, trustworthy relationships.
- You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and present them concisely.
- You have an entrepreneurial instinct and know how to nurture your essential contacts and take targeted measures.
- You have a class B driver's license (car).
- You are fluent in German at a native level and communicate confidently in English.
