Your mission: More than just support – you are the heart of our patient care. As a Patient Success & Care Manager you are not only the first point of contact but also a reliable support for our patients. You guide them through their entire therapy journey, create a trusting atmosphere and ensure they do not feel alone. Your goal is to make their therapy experience smooth, motivating and empowering – because health is not only about treatment but also personal support.
Main responsibilities:
- Trust & proximity: You are more than a contact person for our patients – you are their safe haven throughout the therapy. From initial registration to completion, you provide empathetic support.
- Motivation & support: You identify therapy barriers early and actively help remove uncertainties or technical obstacles so patients stay motivated and achieve the best possible progress.
- Empathetic communication: Whether by phone, email or chat – you listen attentively, calm fears, answer questions patiently and show patients they are not alone with their concerns.
- Solutions, not problems: Technical or content-related challenges in the therapy app? You find clear, understandable solutions and communicate them calmly.
- Valuable feedback: You collect patient experiences to better understand their needs and help make our services more intuitive and supportive.
- Process improvement with heart: You contribute your own ideas to make processes more patient-friendly and efficient – every step counts to make therapy as comfortable as possible.
Your Toolbox
You have empathy and put patients at the center of your actions. You understand their concerns and know how important emotional support is for therapy success.
- Service passion: You have experience in customer service and/or patient support and know that it is about more than quick answers – it is about truly listening and making people feel understood.
- Excellent communication: You can explain complex topics simply and empathetically so everyone feels understood – in excellent German.
- Technical sensitivity: You quickly learn new tools and help patients with simple, clear explanations so technical hurdles do not become therapy barriers.
- Resilience & calm: You remain composed in stressful moments, find the right words and radiate confidence – exactly what our patients need.
- Structure & reliability: You work in an organized way, keep an overview and give each patient the feeling of individual and careful attention.
