YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission: More than just support – you are the heart of our patient care.
As a Patient Success & Care Manager, you are not only the first point of contact but also a reliable support for our patients. You accompany them throughout their entire therapy journey, create a trusting atmosphere, and give them the feeling that they are not alone. Your goal is to ensure that they experience not only a smooth but also a motivating and empowering therapy experience – because health is not only a matter of treatment but also of personal guidance.
Your tasks: Your commitment makes the difference.
  • Trust & Closeness: You are more than just a contact person for our patients – you are their safe haven throughout the entire therapy. From the first registration to the completion, you support them empathetically.
  • Motivation & Support: You identify hurdles in therapy early and actively help to reduce uncertainties or technical barriers so that patients stay motivated and achieve the best possible progress.
  • Empathetic Communication: Whether by phone, email, or chat – you listen attentively, calm fears, answer questions patiently, and show our patients that they are not alone with their concerns.
  • Solutions instead of Problems: Technical or content-related challenges in the therapy app? No problem! You quickly find an understandable solution and convey it calmly and clearly.
  • Valuable Feedback: You collect the experiences of our patients to better understand their needs and actively help make our services even more intuitive and supportive.
  • Process Improvement with Heart: You contribute your own ideas to make processes even more patient-friendly and efficient – because every step counts to make therapy as pleasant as possible.

YOUR TOOLBOX

  • Heart & Mind: You have a deep empathy and put the patients at the center of your actions. You understand their concerns and challenges and know how important emotional support is for therapy success.
  • Service is Your Passion: You have already gained experience in customer service and/or patient support and understand that it's about much more than just quick answers – it's about truly listening and feeling understood.
  • Technical Sensitivity: You quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and help patients with simple, understandable explanations, so technical hurdles don't become obstacles to therapy.
  • Resilience & Calmness: Even in stressful moments, you remain composed, find the right words, and radiate confidence – exactly what our patients need.
  • Communication at the Highest Level: You can explain complex topics simply and empathetically so that everyone feels understood – in excellent German and preferably also in English.
  • Structure & Reliability: You work organized, always keep an overview, and manage to give every patient the feeling of being individually and carefully cared for.
