As a Patient Success & Care Manager, you are not only the first point of contact but also a reliable support for our patients. You accompany them throughout their entire therapy journey, create a trusting atmosphere, and give them the feeling of not being alone. Your goal is for them to have not only a smooth but also a motivating and empowering therapy experience – because health is not only a matter of treatment but also of personal support.
Your tasks: Your efforts make a difference
- Trust & proximity: You are more than just a contact person for our patients – you are their safe haven throughout the entire therapy. From the first registration to completion, you stand by their side with empathy.
- Motivation & support: You identify hurdles in therapy early and actively help to reduce uncertainties or technical barriers so that patients remain motivated and achieve the best possible progress.
- Empathetic communication: Whether by phone, email, or chat – you listen attentively, calm fears, answer questions patiently, and show our patients that they are not alone with their worries.
- Solutions instead of problems: Technical or content-related challenges in the therapy app? No problem! You quickly find an understandable solution and communicate it with calmness and clarity.
- Valuable feedback: You collect the experiences of our patients to better understand their needs and actively help to make our services even more intuitive and supportive.
- Process improvement with heart: You contribute your own ideas to make processes even more patient-friendly and efficient – because every step counts to make therapy as comfortable as possible.
YOUR TOOLKIT
- Heart & mind: You have deep empathy and put the patients at the center of your actions. You understand their concerns and challenges and know how important emotional support is for therapy success.
- Service is your passion: You have already gained experience in customer service and/or patient support and understand that it is about much more than just quick answers – it is about truly listening and feeling understood.
- Technical sensitivity: You quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and help patients with simple, understandable explanations so that technical hurdles do not become therapy obstacles.
- Resilience & calm: Even in stressful moments, you remain composed, find the right words, and radiate confidence – exactly what our patients need.
- Communication at the highest level: You can explain complex topics simply and empathetically so that everyone feels understood – in excellent German and preferably also in English.
- Structure & reliability: You work organized, always keep an overview, and manage to give each patient the feeling of being individually and carefully cared for.
