YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Your mission: More than just support – you are the heart of our patient care.
As a Patient Success & Care Manager, you are not only the first point of contact but also a reliable support for our patients. You accompany them throughout their entire therapy journey, create a trusting atmosphere, and make them feel they are not alone. Your goal is to ensure they have not just a smooth but also a motivating and empowering therapy experience – because health is not only about treatment but also personal support.
Your tasks: Your commitment makes the difference.
  • Trust & closeness: You are more than just a contact person for our patients – you are their safe harbor throughout the entire therapy. From the first registration to the conclusion, you stand by them empathetically.
  • Motivation & support: You recognize hurdles in the therapy early and actively help to reduce uncertainties or technical barriers so that patients remain motivated and achieve the best possible progress.
  • Empathetic communication: Whether by phone, email, or chat – you listen attentively, ease fears, answer questions patiently, and show our patients they are not alone with their concerns.
  • Solutions instead of problems: Technical or content challenges in the therapy app? No problem! You quickly find an understandable solution and convey it with calmness and clarity.
  • Valuable feedback: You collect the experiences of our patients to better understand their needs and actively help make our services even more intuitive and supportive.
  • Process improvement with heart: You contribute your own ideas to make processes even more patient-friendly and efficient – because every step counts to make the therapy as pleasant as possible.

YOUR TOOLKIT

  • Heart & mind: You have deep empathy and put patients at the center of your actions. You understand their concerns and challenges and know how important emotional support is for therapy success.
  • Service is your passion: You have already gained experience in customer service and/or patient support and understand that it is about much more than quick answers – it is about genuinely listening and the feeling of being understood.
  • Technical sensitivity: You quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and help patients with simple, understandable explanations so that technical hurdles do not become therapy obstacles.
  • Resilience & calmness: Even in stressful moments you remain composed, find the right words, and radiate confidence – exactly what our patients need.
  • Top-level communication: You can explain complex topics simply and empathetically so that everyone feels understood – fluently in German and preferably also in English.
  • Structure & reliability: You work organized, keep an overview at all times, and manage to give each patient the feeling of being cared for individually and with the utmost care.
