As IT Administrator at our Berlin location, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our IT landscape. Your mission: Managing and improving our IT processes, supporting IT onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring data protection and security standards. Together with the Product & Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to design innovative IT solutions and create a smooth digital work environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
- SaaS Tool Management:
• Administration and optimization of our IT landscape & supplier management: Azure Active Directory, O365, Teams, PowerBI + Atlassian (Jira, Confluence etc.), Miro and much more.
• As part of the Product & Engineering Department, you will also have the opportunity to interact with the entire engineering team.
- IT Onboarding & Offboarding:
• Setup and handover of devices (laptops, smartphones, peripherals) for new employees using MDM (Microsoft Intune).
• Management and deactivation of access to SaaS tools in close cooperation with the HR team.
- IT Budget Management:
• Support in budget planning and control of IT expenses in collaboration with the CTO and Finance team.
- Audit Support:
• Preparation and participation in internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 27001).
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards.
YOUR TOOLBOX:
- Technical Knowledge:
• Experience with SaaS tool management, especially Microsoft (Active Directory, O365 etc.)
• Familiarity with IT hardware (Windows + Mac, network technology (Ubiquiti)).
- Organizational Skills:
• Independent and structured work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams (HR, Finance, CTO).
- Personal Strengths:
• Service orientation and hands-on mentality.
• Enjoyment in designing and optimizing office and IT processes.
- Language Skills:
• We have many colleagues with international backgrounds and international tool providers: good English skills will make your daily work easier.
• Fluent German skills are a must-have.
- Bonus:
• Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001 or comparable IT standards.
• Knowledge in budget planning and monitoring.
