YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will assist in conducting financial analysis, including data collection, trend analysis, and the preparation of reports to support decision-making.
- You will provide support in day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- You will assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting data, preparing spreadsheets, and helping to create financial models.
- You will assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, adhering to HGB (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
- You will learn to use financial software and tools (including Power BI, Datev & Moss), designing and implementing automations and evolving processes.
- You will participate in special projects, developing a European grant strategy and designing and implementing automation solutions within the finance infrastructure, providing support on various financial initiatives and maintain financial records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
YOUR TOOLKIT
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (if you are a student) or have recently graduated with a relevant degree.
- You possess strong analytical skills and have an impeccable attention to detail.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
- Any prior internship or coursework in finance or accounting is a bonus as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- You are fluent in German. Good English skills are a big plus.
