Job Description

Your mission: More than just support – you are the heart of our patient care. As a Patient Success & Care Manager you are not only the first point of contact but also a reliable support for our patients. You accompany them throughout their therapy journey, create a trusting atmosphere, and give them the feeling of not being alone. Your goal is to ensure they have not only a smooth but also a motivating and empowering therapy experience – because health is not only about treatment but also about personal guidance.
Your tasks: Your contribution makes a difference
  • Trust & proximity: You are more than a contact person for our patients – you are their safe haven throughout therapy. From first registration to completion you support them with empathy.
  • Motivation & support: You identify therapy hurdles early and actively help to remove uncertainties or technical barriers so patients stay motivated and achieve the best possible progress.
  • Empathetic communication: Whether by phone, email or chat – you listen attentively, calm fears, answer questions patiently, and show patients they are not alone with their concerns.
  • Solutions not problems: Technical or content-related challenges in the therapy app? No problem! You quickly find an understandable solution and communicate it calmly and clearly.
  • Valuable feedback: You collect patients’ experiences to better understand their needs and actively help make our services more intuitive and supportive.
  • Process improvement with heart: You contribute your own ideas to make processes more patient-friendly and efficient – every step counts to make therapy as comfortable as possible.

  • Service is your passion: You have experience in customer service and/or patient support and understand that it’s about more than quick answers – it’s about truly listening and making people feel understood.
  • Top-level communication: You can explain complex topics simply and empathetically so everyone feels understood – in excellent German.
  • Technical sensitivity: You quickly learn new tools and help patients with simple, clear explanations so technical hurdles do not block therapy.
  • Resilience & calm: Even in stressful moments you remain composed, find the right words and radiate confidence – exactly what our patients need.
  • Structure & reliability: You work in an organized way, keep overview and make every patient feel individually and carefully cared for.
