This position is within the Human Resources department, based in Vilnius with hybrid remote working options.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
Lead the full recruitment process from initial briefing to offer and onboarding.
Attract top-tier senior management talent.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
Work with teammates on passive candidate strategies.
Lead recruitment projects to support company growth.
Guide and negotiate offers with candidates.
Build long-term relationships with candidates.
Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in corporate/startup environments, focusing on tech and non-tech roles.
Recruitment experience for Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Business Development, and Product roles.
Skilled in sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience management.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Excellent market knowledge and understanding of best practices.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker who can execute tactically.
Innovative and process improvement oriented.

Salary

Gross salary range: 3000-4000 EUR/month.

Location and Work Model

Workspaces available in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day), Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga, with various onsite, hybrid, and remote options depending on the hub and role.
