Senior Front-End Engineer

We are looking

for a hands-on Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of our e-commerce websites at Kilo Health. You’ll take ownership of projects, lead a talented frontend team, and shape the technical direction for high-traffic, consumer-facing experiences. Get ready to

  • Lead development of fast, scalable e-commerce platforms using TypeScript, Next.js, and Styled-components / Chakra-UI / SASS
  • Own architectural decisions and set direction for frontend development
  • Use Redux or Zustand to manage complex app state
  • Write and maintain unit tests with Jest
  • Collaborate with backend, product, marketing, and UX teams to deliver features that drive conversion
  • Delegate tasks, mentor engineers, and support team growth
  • Continuously seek ways to improve codebase quality and team productivity
  • Champion a culture of knowledge-sharing, best practices, and high performance

We expect you to

  • Bring strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management
  • Be confident writing tests and improving frontend architecture
  • Lead by example and delegate effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and timelines
  • Take full ownership of your work — from planning to deployment
  • Bonus: Experience with CMS, e-commerce tools, or Playwright for automated testing

Salary

Gross salary range is 5520 – 6000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
