- Maintain a healthy database through a regular list ofhygiene practices
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a solid understanding of design, build, and deliverability principles
- Have proficiency in email best practices, including campaign automation and A/B testing
- Have strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing email campaign performance
- Have hands-on experience with the Klaviyo email marketing platform
- Have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on getting things done
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 6 5000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaip da, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
