Job Description
Join Kilo Health as a Senior Data Analyst in the Data Core team working across multiple locations with a hybrid remote work model.
Responsibilities
- Employ GCP tools like dbt, Airflow, and Looker to enhance data quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues including data quality, discrepancies, and missing data.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data solutions.
- Use dbt to solve complex modeling problems focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
- Work on prevention and alerting solutions.
- Adopt and refine best practices such as naming conventions, data modeling, and data quality testing.
- Communicate clearly and structured with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist and support team members in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven SQL skills including joining and manipulating various data types, parameterized scripts, and debugging.
- Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong communication skills for clear and consistent information sharing and progress reporting.
- Curious and growth-oriented mindset for continuous learning.
- Ability to understand, tackle, and communicate problems from technical and business perspectives.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Salary
Gross salary range: 4000 to 5200 EUR per month.
Location and Workplace
Workspaces available in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda with a hybrid model: Vilnius requires 4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day; Kaunas and Klaipėda offer onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on the role.
