Job Description
Take ownership and lead CRO related activities, build processes and infrastructure, develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
Manage the workload, priorities, and development of the direct team of specialists.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour through data-driven tools and research.
Identify and prioritise opportunities for improving user experience and conversion paths.
Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap, including prioritizing methodology and application of strategic company directions.
Ensure efficient cooperation and communication within the cross-functional team and with external stakeholders.
Leverage different analytics tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, etc.) and analyze user behavior data to uncover improvement areas for marketing funnel performance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRO field.
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successful team management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms.
Proven track record of successful ownership and improvement of key business metrics like Revenue, LTV, CR, etc.
Growth-driven mindset to prioritize tasks with higher business impact potential and manage multiple initiatives.
Data and research-driven with strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset.
Strong English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal.
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 5300 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania. 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
