We9re seeking a Head of Acquisition to join our team 6 a strategic, performance-driven leader. Youll be responsible for scaling Moeries growth by developing and executing user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, both paid and organic.
Get ready to
- Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across 15+ channels, including META, Google Ads, and others.
- Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns and creative strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster a data-driven culture and ensure seamless collaboration with analytics, product, and retention teams.
We expect you to
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and media buying in eCommerce.
- Proven expertise in managing both paid and non-paid acquisition channels.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced analytical mindset 6 skilled in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with at least one year of experience leading multiple teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and fast-moving 6 thrives in a dynamic environment where testing and scaling never stop.
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500 6 7500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role, with Kaunas team members usually coming to the Vilnius office 2 63 times per week.
