Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Group Financial Controller to join our team and make a significant impact. You’ll enhance financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and improve overall finance processes.

Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between management accounting and financial accounting, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies between management and financial accounts.
- Manage and forecast company cash flow to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate company expenditures to determine eligibility for capitalization in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support the tech team in effectively managing and optimizing their expense tracking and budgeting.
- Plan and structure corporate Lithuanian tax strategies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements based on Lithuanian GAAP (VAS) reports.
- Handle accounting and tax compliance for U.S.-based entities within the group.
Qualifications
- Experience handling taxes and strategic planning processes specifically in Lithuania.
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles and practices (VAS, IFRS).
- Proficiency in using financial systems.
- Knowledgeable in financial audits, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with U.S. tax and accounting compliance is a bonus.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, capable of improving financial control across entities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Salary
Gross salary range is 5,000 – 6,800 EUR per month.
Location
Workspaces available in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 day remote), Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga with options for onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on the role.
