E-commerce Growth & Retention Manager

Develop, implement and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer retention, upsell and monetization strategy.
Analyze customer behavior, margins, conversion data and identify opportunities to increase LTV, AOV and profitability.
Own and optimize post-purchase customer journeys across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and other lifecycle marketing channels – driving retention and repeat purchases.
Take ownership of retention initiatives from idea to execution, focusing on strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Understand key financial metrics like ROI, CAC payback, and contribution margin – and build marketing strategies that improve them.
Spot cross-sell/upsell opportunities and design campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.

Requirements

Strong, hands-on experience in performance marketing with a clear understanding of ROI, CAC payback, contribution margin, and other key financial metrics.
Direct experience working in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (B2C) businesses.
Comfortable working with and interpreting data dashboards, cohort reports, financial forecasts and funnel metrics.
Experience building or optimizing upsell, cross-sell, loyalty or subscription flows with tangible business results.
Highly analytical and strategic, capable of independent work from strategy to execution.
Understanding that successful retention is about revenue, not just engagement.
Proactive, independent, and ready to take full ownership of retention KPIs.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-4500 EUR/month.

Location

Choice of amazing workspaces in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga.
Vilnius location requires 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid or remote options depending on the role.
