Job Description
As a Data Analyst at Kilo Health, you will employ GCP tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Looker to enhance data quality, efficiency, and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
You will identify, investigate, and resolve data issues including data quality problems, discrepancies, and missing data, contributing to the development and improvement of data solutions.
Your tasks will include leveraging dbt to overcome complex modeling challenges with a focus on performance, robustness, and scalability, working on prevention and alerting solutions, adopting best practices like naming conventions, data modeling, and data quality testing.
You will communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders and support other team members in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Ownership of tasks and initiatives is expected.
Requirements
At least 2 years of proven SQL skills, including the ability to join and manipulate various data types (String, Integer, JSON, Array), writing parameterized scripts, and debugging SQL code.
Knowledge of ETL and warehousing concepts is necessary.
Strong communication skills for timely, clear, and consistent information sharing, work progress updates, bottlenecks, and findings.
A curious and growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
Capability to understand, tackle, and communicate problems from technical and business perspectives.
Fluency in English is required.
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR per month.
Location
This position is remote. However, there are options to work from Kilo Health's headquarters in Vilnius, and hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga.
