We use GCP tools (dbt, Airflow and Looker) to enhance data quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of accurate data.
Responsibilities include identifying, investigating and solving data issues such as data quality, discrepancies, and missing data.
Contribute to the development and improvement of data solutions.
Leverage dbt to overcome complex modelling problems focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
Work on prevention and alerting solutions.
Adopt and refine best practices, e.g., naming conventions, data modeling, and data quality testing.
Communicate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders clearly and structured.
Assist and support team members in design, development, and implementation of data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of proven SQL skills including joining and manipulating various data types, writing parameterized scripts, and debugging SQL code.
Knowledge of ETL and warehousing concepts.
Strong communication skills for timely, clear, and consistent sharing of information, work progress, bottlenecks, and findings.
Curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning.
Capability to understand, tackle, and communicate problems from both technical and business perspectives.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
Salary and Location
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR/month.
Workspaces available in Vilnius (headquarters), Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga.
Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day. Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on role.
