Deep dive into our current technology and processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, streamlining, and optimization

Leverage your business development understanding to ensure our technology supports long-term business goals

Advocate sustainable team development through strategic growth, team optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Focus on long-term strategic planning – develop a roadmap that anticipates future needs and prepares the technology to deliver top-performing products and services that meet business goals

Lead with the strategic intent to ensure technology drives commercial success

Have a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams (minimum 50 people)

Have experience collaborating directly with C-level executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions

Have extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen

Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead and motivate our dynamic team

Have experience in a fast-paced startup environment (bonus points)

Have advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Gross salary range is 10 000 – 14 000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
