We expect you to

• 5+ years of experience in senior revenue, growth, or marketing leadership roles.
• A proven track record of driving double or triple-digit growth through scalable marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, product monetization, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execeution and analytical thinking.
• Exceptional leadership skills able to inspire, challenge, and empower teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is a bonus.
