We expect you to
- Have a proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, showcasing your expertise in driving tangible results
- Have proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices
- Have experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and extract valuable insights
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Have exceptional organizational abilities, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary
Gross salary range is 4800-5500 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
