HR Manager / HR Administrator (m/f/d) — Part-time (20h/week)
keleya is a Berlin-based start-up with around 40 employees developing digital services for (expecting) moms. With our app, online courses and midwife consultation we support families during this special life phase. We are looking for an experienced and reliable HR Manager (m/f/d) in part-time (20h/week) who is passionate about our personnel processes and office management.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification
- Experience in HR, particularly in preparatory payroll
- Very good knowledge of social security, payroll tax and employment law
- Confident use of MS Office and common HR tools
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Enjoyment of a broad operational role with responsibility for many topics
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
Responsibilities
- Drafting and management of employment contracts
- Preparatory payroll accounting in compliance with employment, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Preparation of payment and booking files for the financial accounting
- Support with monthly and annual closings (e.g. provisions)
- Full personnel administration from entry to exit, including maintenance of personnel files and electronic databases
- Administration of employee benefits and point of contact for all HR-related topics
- Communication with authorities, health insurance companies and social security agencies
- Organization and administration of IT hardware for employees
- Preparation of personnel statistics and standard reports
- Support for internal personnel projects and process optimizations
- Office management: administration of office supplies and contact person for service providers (e.g. cleaning, mail, insurances)
- Organization of internal processes and team events
- Support with administrative tasks in day-to-day business
