Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) — Part-time (20h/week)
Keleya is a Berlin-based startup with around 40 employees that develops digital offerings for (expectant) mothers. With our app, online courses and midwife consultation, we support families during this special phase of life.
We are looking for an empathetic and reliable Customer Success Manager in part-time (20h/week) who enjoys supporting people and improving our internal processes to ensure our users feel well cared for and receive optimal guidance through our digital offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or a similar service-oriented role
- Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
- High service orientation, empathy and enjoyment in communicating with users
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Technical affinity (e.g. CRM systems, CS tools, Slack or similar)
- Enjoyment of a versatile role combining communication, organization and analysis
- Hands-on mentality and desire to actively shape processes
Responsibilities
- Daily handling of customer inquiries via email, phone and chat to ensure fast and satisfactory resolutions
- Monitoring and responding to reviews on all platforms to actively address customer feedback and increase satisfaction
- Resolving technical and general customer issues by supporting customers competently and escalating more complex cases when needed
- Documenting bugs, prioritizing them and working closely with the product team to resolve technical problems quickly
- Creating and maintaining support documentation to optimise internal processes and enable efficient customer request handling
- Developing and improving macros and processes to make customer support more efficient and user-friendly; coordinating with internal teams such as product development, marketing and business development to ensure optimal solutions for customer concerns
