Content Associate

keleya is an innovative FemTech startup based in Berlin that offers expectant and new parents high-quality support and resources to help them enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and parental leave.
Our mobile app uniquely combines a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers—much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to users. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 600,000 women.
This position focuses on various facets of in-app content management, offering the opportunity to work independently on the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our content.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Content Associate, you will support our team in developing and optimizing content for our users. You will actively contribute to ensuring that our content reaches the target audience and provides meaningful value. You will work creatively and hands-on, developing a keen sense for content that is both informative and inspiring.
  • Editorial work: In collaboration with our experts, facilitate the creation of articles and newsletters that provide our target audience with relevant information and inspiration.
  • Course production support: Participate in pre-production, filming, and post-production of new video content.
  • Live session moderation: Help plan, moderate, and evaluate interactive live sessions with our users.
  • Video editing: Cut and edit videos to create engaging and informative content for our community.
  • Content maintenance and management: Regularly maintain and update content in our content management system to ensure smooth and accurate delivery.
  • Data analysis and user feedback: Analyze user data and survey results to gain insights and optimize our content in a targeted manner.
  • Creator management: Support research and coordination of third-party creators.
  • Marketing coordination: Assist with various administrative marketing tasks and basic website management.

Your Profile

  • Initial experience with content management systems, WordPress, image and video editing, and editorial work.
  • Interest in analyzing user data and using insights to improve content.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills and adequate English skills.
  • Creative, able to work independently, and structured in your approach to tasks.
