Role Overview
The Business Strategy & Insights Manager is a pivotal role within the Central Business Strategy & Customer Insights team based in Region Europe, specifically in Stockholm. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of global, business-critical market and competitor insight projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing data on competitors, industry trends, and market conditions to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. The position requires close collaboration with various internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Business Lines, and Regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Market Analysis & Monitoring: Develop a deep understanding of the market, customer, and competition. Monitor and report major market and competitive activities.
- Lead Market & Competitive Intelligence Initiatives: Establish and lead global intelligence processes to capture, assess, and disseminate market, customer, and competitive insights.
- Orchestrate war room on key competitors: Maintain competitive war rooms and deliver quarterly competitive insights on top competitors.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Work with stakeholders to translate information into actionable insights and lead workshops to define project scope.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence reports for various audiences including C-level executives.
- Process & Methodology Development: Develop tools and programs that make insights accessible and actionable, introduce and maintain robust documentation and guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and keep documentation updated.
- Best Practice Leadership: Lead best practice calls and forums to foster a culture of intelligence-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage project portfolios ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, coordinating resources and monitoring progress.
- Vendor Identification: Identify best sources of market and competitive information and collaborate with external vendors to deliver insights.
- Monitor and report on tariff work biweekly.

Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Engineering or Medicine.
- Experience in a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and strategy development.
- Ability to document, visualize and convey messages effectively to senior audiences.
- Experience driving projects in cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
