About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Applications trainings to customers, colleagues, and distributors.
• Successfully deliver on-site, classroom or remote trainings of Elekta products as planned.
• Ensure that internal and external customers receive first class training and clinical support related to Elekta solutions, driving Customer Satisfaction and NPS.
• Incorporate Elekta values and quality systems into all department functions and responsibilities.
• Communicate openly and effectively with Training Manager, Business Line Leaders, Sales and Project management Teams. Provide relevant information from customers to them if needed.

Pre-Training Duties

• Complete product qualification processes on time as planned.
• Commitment with eLearning’s and qualification process for new products or new releases.
• Complete all necessary training preparation.
• Manage all site preparation and documentation of onsite or remote training per established guidelines.
• Frequently check the schedule of trainings and conduct planning travel in accordance with company policies.

Post Training Duties

• Actively manage customer evaluation and surveys to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.
• Complete trip arrangements, expenses report and time tracking reports in a timely and professional manner.
• Work within company goals and financial budgets assigned to the department.
• Follow global procedures, complete reports of their activities at the end of training, send customer certificates and survey link and complete the work order in CLM.
• Capture customer needs relating to training and/or product performance.
• Complete reports of their activities on CLM by the end of training.
• Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction.

Sales/Marketing Duties

• Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, OF, R&D and international colleagues.
• Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, and seminars, when required.
• Prepare presentations and training material. Deliver speeches, presentations, advertised sessions in medical congress.
• Assist with occasional remote or onsite software and/or hardware demonstrations to assist in necessary sales situations.

Support Duties

• Provide assistance to the regional support team pertaining to escalated customer calls.
• Provide support with opened cases to customers when not traveling for training.
• Decide technically the action to be taken to solve the problems of daily activities and tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Medical Physics, Radiation Therapy, Radiology Technology, Biomedical or equivalent.
• Clinical experience and background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of its clinical workflow.
• Working knowledge/understanding of Elekta and/or OIS products and clinical experience using Elekta products highly preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills (read, write, verbal).
• Bilingual: other language such as Portuguese and/or Spanish (read, write, verbal).
• Familiarity/proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to interact with customers effectively (via phone and face-to-face).
• Intercultural experience desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time including occasionally weekends or holidays.
• Valid national driver’s license, passport and yellow fever vaccine required.
