Based on the strategies and policies of the company, region and department, achieve the sales targets.
Monitor and ensure completion of budgets and conduct regular sales reporting.
Defines and allocates internal and external resources.
Cooperates with Marketing and Business Development in matters of strategic and tactical product and services positioning.
Drives customer focus within the organization and initiatives contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer-related projects.
Plans and monitors the implementation of sales activities in the assigned region for Elekta products in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and potential business opportunities.
Supports strategic key customers' business development.
Be responsible for supporting the regional stakeholders to achieve the channel sales targets.
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 10 years working experience at medical equipment sales functions in multi-national company.
More than 5 years channel management experience.
Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking.
Good medical equipment market and product know-how.
High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
Adaptive to business travel, different environments, working under pressure.
Team player, good communication and coordination skills.
