What we are looking for
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join our European sales teams and lead efforts to make our evidence-based therapies accessible to many people. This position reports to the HCP Sales Director.
Responsibilities include daily travels for personal visits to medical professionals (target groups: general practitioners, orthopedists, neurologists, pain therapists), presenting our digital therapy and product demonstration, gaining insights into driving forces and barriers for Kaia products, structuring visits to achieve sales goals, identifying and tracking new HCP perspectives, supporting interactions at congresses/conferences, assisting healthcare professionals with prescription and product usability questions, keeping updated on industry trends and competitors, collaborating cross-functionally for customer satisfaction, maintaining good CRM documentation, and working closely with marketing and business development teams to improve sales materials and conversion tactics.
Qualifications required: degree/training as a pharmaceutical representative, at least 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry, proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, resilience, ability to work independently and in teams, valid driver's license and ability to travel in assigned region, basic understanding of technologies and ability to communicate benefits of digital therapy, familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Preferred but not required: existing network of potential target prescribers, knowledge in therapeutic back pain, higher education degree in business or related field.
Success in the first 6-12 months includes daily meetings with healthcare professionals to increase prescription reach and depth, meeting sales targets especially regarding prescription numbers, analyzing and addressing needs and challenges of target prescribers, thorough understanding of Kaia Back Pain and related technologies, helping create proper HCP segmentation, quick testing of sales channels, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders for message and material improvement.
