About Us:
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Investigate and resolve workplace concerns, partnering with legal and compliance teams as needed.
- Provide coaching to managers on conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies.
- Guide leaders through the performance review process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues, creating development plans, and driving accountability.
- Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and training.
- Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and develop succession plans.
- Facilitate talent reviews and career development discussions to build a strong internal pipeline.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to design programs that enhance leadership capabilities.
- Act as a consultant to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Use data and analytics to provide insights and influence decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of non-compliance.
Qualifications / Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with HRIS systems is required; UKG is preferred.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in identifying needs and executing deliverables.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision, exceptional accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to foster teamwork and open communication at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism on sensitive and privileged information.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Deep personal ethics and integrity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
