Data is our bread and butter for innovation. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (AI) who understands healthcare data and can leverage the data to build algorithms to personalize treatments based on the clinical and behavioral history of patients. The purpose for this role is to build agents for the platform, automating areas around support engineering and data engineering. We are looking for a superstar who will define and build the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare.
A Day in the Life
Design and lead the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to help improve the health and wellness of patients.
Work with the business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions for them.
Proven ability to break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows.
Work with our data platform team to help them successfully integrate the agent capability or algorithms in their product/workflows.
Work with development teams to build tools for repeatable data tasks that will accelerate and automate the development cycle.
What You Need
Preferably Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant fields.
2+ years of experience in Software Engineering with experience in building APIs, understanding how APIs function, and developing applications effectively.
Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and working experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Systems using frameworks like CrewAI, Langchain, or Autogen (at least one required) and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.
Experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL), especially for autonomous agents.
Working experience with embedding models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design.
Strong hands-on experience in Python, building enterprise applications, optimization techniques, and API integrations (Fast API/Django).
Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform among Databricks, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
Good to have skills: Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, Snowflake, and some experience in Healthcare.
Preferred Skills
Python - Building highly scalable and performant applications.
Large Language Models (LLMs) - Deep experience in working and fine-tuning LLM models.
Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS).
Vector Databases.
