About the Role
As a Webflow Designer at Innovaccer, we are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Design Expert with exceptional design and development capabilities. This role involves translating Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect websites on the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate must have keen attention to detail, strong debugging skills, and ensure a flawless user experience.
A Day in the life
- Design Implementation: Transform Figma designs into responsive and interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring accurate representation and alignment of elements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of web projects to fix design misalignments, bugs, and performance issues before launch.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Technical Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to enhance Webflow functionalities for optimal performance and user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, design trends, and industry standards.
- Automations: (Good to have) Knowledge of Python for building website automations.
What You Need
- Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Figma to translate designs accurately into Webflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good to have: Proficiency in using Webflow.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs in Webflow.
- Knowledge of technical SEO best practices for website optimization.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Experience with Lottie animations and Figma asset management is a plus.
