The Opportunity

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer who speaks both "Medicine" and "Tech." You will be the vital link between our customers (clinicians, nurses), our partners, and our software development team. Your work ensures that our mobile solutions not only meet technical standards but truly solve real-world clinical problems while adhering to regulatory requirements. This is a remote position (Home Office Germany).

Your Mission

  • Bridge the Gap: Translate complex clinical workflows and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories for our developers.
  • Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all documentation complies with Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Integration & Standards: Define requirements for system integrations, leveraging knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • Risk Management: Participate in risk analysis and ensure safety-critical requirements are identified and tested.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, UX/UI Designers, and the Development team to refine the product vision.

Requirements

  • Experience: Professional experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership, ideally within the Healthcare/MedTech sector.
  • Education: A degree in Medical Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM) is a strong plus. Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence is desired.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or FDA requirements is highly valued.
  • Mindset: An analytical mind, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for improving healthcare.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (company language) and German (essential for understanding the DACH customer base). French is a plus.

Benefits

  • Flexibility: Design your working hours and workplace independently (Home Office within Germany).
  • Culture: A value-driven corporate culture with direct communication, flat hierarchies, and strong team cohesion.
  • Impact: Work on a product that directly improves patient care and simplifies the lives of medical staff.
  • Stability: An indefinite contract in an established, growing company.
