As an intern (m/f/d), you are a full member of our Customer Success team. You gain deep insights into the system landscape of modern hospitals and help us seamlessly integrate our innovative medical apps into clinical IT infrastructures.

Your learning and areas of responsibility:

• Insight into the project world: You support our experienced project managers in planning, implementing, and documenting customer projects in the field of digital medicine.

• Experience system integration live: You learn how to operate and maintain medical applications reliably and help implement interfaces to hospital information systems (HIS) and other system providers.

• Health IT standards in practice: You gain practical experience with eHealth standards such as HL7 and DICOM and understand how data flows safely and efficiently in healthcare.

• Support & customer contact: You support our team in customer care, analyze support requests, and contribute to solutions.

• Shape innovation: You participate in team meetings and bring your fresh ideas from your studies to further improve our products and processes.

Requirements

Your profile:

• You are a registered student in the degree program Medical Informatics or a comparable field (e.g., Business Informatics with a focus on Health Care, Bioinformatics).

• You have a strong interest in IT in healthcare and want to drive digital transformation in clinics.

• You have basic understanding of IT infrastructures, server operating systems, and ideally databases from your studies.

• You work independently, structured, and have a proactive "hands-on" mentality.

• As a real team player, you have very good communication skills.

• Theoretical knowledge of eHealth standards (HL7, DICOM, and FHIR) is a big plus.

• You speak fluent German and good English.
