Imagine Pediatrics provides 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs. Our pediatrician-led, multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, therapists, and mobile clinicians works alongside a child’s existing providers to expand access to integrated medical, behavioral, and social support.
Mission
We help children with complex health needs spend less time in the hospital and more time at home and in their communities. When eligible, families often have no out-of-pocket cost because services may be covered by existing health plan benefits.
