Imagine Pediatrics provides 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs. Our pediatrician-led, multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, therapists, and mobile clinicians partners with families and a child’s existing providers to expand access to integrated medical, behavioral, and social supports.

Many services are available at no cost to eligible families because care may be covered by existing health plan benefits. The program focuses on reducing hospitalizations and helping children thrive at home and in their communities.
