We seek a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to establish and nurture strategic partnerships that drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth through strategic co-sell initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary champion and relationship lead for strategic partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on shared business objectives.
  • Motivate partners to drive partner-sourced opportunities and generate co-sell wins.
  • Establish KPIs for partners and regularly monitor and report on performance against these metrics.
  • Own the partner-sourced revenue forecast and provide regular data-driven updates on pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Regularly assess and enhance the “better together” story and GTM strategy with each partner, working with marketing and product to enable partners to position Hyro effectively.
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead negotiations and contracting with prospective strategic partners across the digital health ecosystem, including reviewing and prioritizing inbound partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, solutions, sales, and customer success) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Integrate partner solutions with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the digital health tech space.
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies per partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR, in lieu of a completed degree, at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in channel partnership management with a documented track record of hitting revenue targets and driving partner-led pipeline.
  • Experience establishing and managing strategic and/or channel partnerships within the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience at a digital health, CCaaS, EHR, or Agentic AI company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital health trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience building training, enablement, and go-to-market programs for partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track pipeline health and derive actionable strategic insights.
  • Results-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach to overcoming partnership roadblocks and achieving growth KPIs.
  • Willingness to travel (~15%).

Additional Details

This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered compensation for NY-based hires is 180K-230K OTE annually (salary range provided is for NY hires and will be commensurate with experience; pay may differ for other locations).
