We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing post-sales team in NYC. As a Solutions Architect, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients and an essential part of their success by performing scoping meetings, making architectural recommendations for Hyro’s product, and delivering high-quality deployments. You will bridge the gap between the technical solution and business value for the customer from post-sales to maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and work closely with R&D to improve our solution
  • Own the client’s projects, managing deployments of Hyro’s responsible AI Agents
  • Project confidence as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Advise clients on best practices, understand client goals, and prescribe the best approach to achieve them
  • Design, modify, and test Hyro’s products in the customer environment and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a Solutions Architect of a technical product or other relevant customer-facing technical positions
  • Experience managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding
  • Strong understanding of product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release
  • Ability to make trade-offs between long-term vision and short-term needs
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with great communication skills
  • Proactive in addressing and foreseeing issues during deployment cycles
  • Experience in a healthtech company - big advantage
  • Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products - big advantage
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 annually (exempt). The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ.
