We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing post-sales team in NYC. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, perform scoping meetings, make architectural recommendations for Hyro’s product, and deliver high-quality deployments that bridge technical solutions and business value from post-sales through maintenance.

  • Own client projects and manage deployments of Hyro’s Responsible AI Agents.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Advise clients on best practices, understand client goals, and prescribe approaches to achieve those goals.
  • Design, modify, test Hyro’s products in customer environments and troubleshoot deployment issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a Solution Architect of a technical product or other relevant customer-facing technical positions.
  • Experience managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and releases.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision and short-term needs.
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and proactive problem anticipation.
  • Experience in a healthtech company — big advantage.
  • Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products — big advantage.
