What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing Solutions team in NYC. You will be an integral member of a team delivering next-generation responsible AI agent solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and support Account Executives by performing technical discovery, making architectural recommendations, and delivering product demonstrations and PoCs. This role reports to Hyro’s Head of Sales Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Design tailored solutions by aligning customer needs with Hyro’s capabilities, considering technical, deployment, and security factors.
  • Assess client technical landscapes to anticipate execution challenges and strategy shifts.
  • Develop architectural blueprints detailing Hyro’s integration and configuration.
  • Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, leading scoping sessions and crafting solution proposals.
  • Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and provide ROI insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasible, profitable solutions and provide product feedback.
  • Track market trends, identify competitive risks, and contribute to Hyro’s technology evolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect of a technical product.
  • Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs.
  • Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU technologies is a plus.
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding is an advantage.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation

Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for NY-based hires is $130,000 - $190,000 annual OTE. Pay ranges for other locations may differ based on local labor costs.
