What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM Operations team to help power our Sales and Marketing engine through automation, data accuracy, and insights. You’ll partner closely with our CMO, CFO, and VP of Sales to align on strategy and support cross-functional initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining our CRM (Salesforce), managing system integrations, and delivering clear, actionable reporting for the GTM organization. You’ll also build automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve visibility across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and account management
- Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other connected GTM tools
- Build and manage automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline GTM workflows
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Analyze funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM leaders, the Executive team, and teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance
- Document workflows and implement best practices across GTM systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Advantage: Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clay
Compensation & Work Authorization
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position (NY-based hires) is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, exempt. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ.
