We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform group and lead the strategy and roadmap for Hyro’s agent platform, the core system powering how AI agents are built, configured, and operated at scale. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over a critical product area. You’ll work at the intersection of UX, engineering, and delivery - translating a deep understanding of internal workflows, customer needs, and technical constraints into a platform strategy that makes Hyro faster, more scalable, and easier to use.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Hyro’s agent platform
- Own the end-to-end experience of the agent management platform - the primary workspace for building, configuring, and optimizing AI agents
- Improve how agents are delivered by making workflows faster, more scalable, and aligned with best practices
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the right data is captured, structured, and surfaced for both internal users and customers
- Translate customer, partner, and market insights into clear product direction and high-impact initiatives
- Champion usability and simplicity, ensuring complex configurations feel intuitive and efficient
- Define success metrics, track performance, and use data to inform decisions and communicate impact
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, internal tools, or developer-facing products
- Proven ability to lead product initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, including configurability and multi-tenant environments
- Strong understanding of APIs and technical systems, with the ability to translate complexity into clear product value
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and its unique challenges
- Experience with conversational AI, voice, or chat automation platforms
