Hyro, the leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, enables health systems to safely automate workflows and conversations across call centers, websites, SMS, mobile apps, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated Controller to join our team and support our financial operations in the US and Israel.

The Controller will manage the company's financial recordkeeping and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing financial statements and tax filings and interacting with external accountants.
• Work with external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and statutory compliance matters.
• Assist with preparing management reports and board presentations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department and financial systems.

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

• CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms; experience with high-tech companies and US GAAP.
• Minimum 2 years as a controller or assistant controller in a global high-tech organization at growth stage.
• Experience working in fast-growing startups with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent English (written and verbal).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite — Must.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; highly organized with high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving approach; team player and service-oriented.
