What Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a passionate Content QA Analyst to join our R&D department. By evaluating conversations users have with our AI agents, you will help improve product quality and user experience and participate in strategizing efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze end users’ conversations with our AI assistant to identify the most impactful conversations and improve the core conversation engine.
- Identify, generalize, and bucket problems in new and existing use cases.
- Evaluate new features and capabilities to ensure they are polished prior to release.
- Use LLMs such as ChatGPT to automatically analyze conversations and improve our natural language understanding.
- Create and tag datasets to train new, highly accurate AI models.
- Work closely with product managers, UX experts, software engineers, solutions engineers, and NLP experts to propose solutions and participate in implementation.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency.
- Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
- BA in a relevant field.
- Highly technical with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional quantitative reasoning and meticulous attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-learner.
- Experience living in the United States is a big advantage.
- Experience working in a technological environment (startup, IDF, internship, etc.).
