Your Mission:
In this role, you’ll help shape and enhance the platforms that connect our clients and users with valuable insights and engaging health content. You'll be working on:
Our client onboarding experience
The data dashboard our clients use to track engagement and performance
Our content management platform for internal teams
You’ll collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable features with an exceptional user experience.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:
What You'll Work On:
Humanoo is used by employers to empower their teams to lead healthier, more balanced lives. Employees access engaging content via our app, while HR and People teams use our client dashboard to track onboarding, engagement, and wellbeing trends.
You’ll be instrumental in making this platform more powerful, more insightful, and easier to use.
You’ll also enhance our Content Platform, used by our Content, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver personalised wellness content to our users. You’ll build new features that help our internal teams better engage and inspire users every day.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and React
Solid expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, RESTful APIs
Familiarity with state management libraries like NgRx or Redux
A collaborative, product-oriented mindset
Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers
Bonus: Experience with Angular Material UI
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:
Initial Screening Call (up to 45 minutes)
Take home Case Study
Technical Assessment for the Case Study solution & other technical topics (60 minutes)
Value-added interview with the Product team (30 minutes)
Lead Interview with the CTO focusing on Humanoo values and the Engineering Lead focusing on system design (60 minutes)
After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
